Service Description

Young adults will have a weekly timetable of activities. Daily they will have the opportunity to participate in a physical session: yoga, swimming, dance, fitness gym, bowling etc. Two weekly sessions of supported work: choices of preferred work places will be given. Opportunities during the week to prepare and make their own lunch. Weekly supported travel training, getting them out and about within the community. Included in the full week package will be a residential holiday from Monday - Friday, a small charge for food and spending money will be added.
